Simple tool hack that I’m starting to try: turn a large screw top pill bottle into a figure painting holder AND storage container.
I drilled a small hole in the lid and stick the pin from the figure’s foot through the hole. A glob of super glue locked it in place. I’m going to continue trying other things (hot glue for one) since the super glue required accelerator to stick… and even then it’s really not sticking to the lid as much as creating a mechanical “lock” effect between the dried glue glob on one side of the lid and the figure’s foot on the other side.
If you travel and paint figures, this is a nice way to protect them!
